Quick start

Already have PGP keys?

  1. Transfer your private key — AirDrop it from your Mac, or open an email attachment containing your key
  2. Tap the file — choose "Open in iPGMail" when prompted
  3. Enter your passphrase — your key is now imported and ready to use

New to PGP?

  1. Open iPGMail → tap Keys → Action → Add Keys → Generate New Key
  2. Enter your details — name and email address
  3. Choose an encryption type — ECC/CV25519 recommended
  4. Choose a strong passphrase — you'll need it every time you decrypt
  5. Tap Create — your keypair is generated in seconds
